OilSpec International is an independent Inspection Company accredited for inspection work related to oil, liquid petroleum fuels, biofuels, natural gas and inspection of production equipment for oil and gas.

The company is organized according to the HRN EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012 norm as an inspection body of type A, whereby it undertakes to conduct its inspection activities in an impartial and independent manner.

Our team consists of experienced experts from various activities in the energy sector, who have acquired their knowledge and skills through many years of work in leading domestic and international inspection houses, energy companies and state institutions. We are transforming our knowledge and experience into services according to modern standards. We are equipped with Certified equippment for the accurate determination of all necessary parameters and in our work we follow domestic regulations and international standards. Our trained and professional employees continuously adapt to all new normative requirements with the aim to quickly, professionally and efficiently fulfill all the requests of our clients.

Company employees developed and performed expert supervision over all segments of research, exploitation, management, trade and storage of hydrocarbons, bulk cargoes, timber as well as other types of goods and actively participated in the development of State legislation related to the quantity and quality of liquid petroleum derivatives, biofuels natural gas and LNG.

The company primarily provides its services on the territory of the Republic of Croatia, where, in addition to the central office in Zagreb, it has offices at the Terminals in Zadar, Omišalj and Zagreb - Žitnjak.

In addition to supervision and inspection, we wish to participate in the development of our environment, the development of partners and potential clients, with whom we have a unique approach to the satisfaction of all interested parties.

OilSpec International is guided by the principle of respecting the confidentiality of information, administrative requirements, the organization of the inspection body and the management of the system in order to avoid risks that could threaten impartiality in daily work.
